Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  Very good question. It’s actually fairly straightforward. Much like a real estate agent would do in determining how much to list your house for in the MLS, we use many of the same factors. Your home’s location, what needs to be repaired and the overall condition of the property, current market conditions, (including interest rates) and most importantly, what other houses are currently selling for.
